- High strength abrasion resistant Hardox Wear Plate construction
- Build to any length from 10′ up to 24′
- Sides are spring loaded to better handle load stress
- Crossmemberless floor / smooth sided modern design
- Floor and sides flex on impact leaving fewer dings and dents
- Clean understructure leaves no material hang-up, less rust and corrosion
- High strength formed fully-welded longitudinals
- Front trunnion / pin-to-pin telescopic cylinders available
- Empty body rests on rubber shock-absorbing bumpers
- Cylinder features a high-quality wear-resistant guide rings and maintenance free high performance spherical bearings for long life and trouble-free operation
- Hot shift PTO with direct mount pump that is operated with air controls through a feathering valve. The new large dump pump has 25% greater flow and a 37% faster cycle time over the standard 2” dump pump. We use the highest quality hydraulic components to ensure years of heavy-duty service.
- Body is grit blast prepped/epoxy primer/urethane PPG top coated
